Privacy & Data Policy

What we collect, how we use and store it, how long we keep it, and your choices.

Last updated October 28, 2026

  1. 1. Who we are

This policy explains how SeniorPro Media LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information on seniormarketingcfl.com, its calendar feeds, app, and emails. We don't sell your personal information.

  2. 2. What we collect

    • Browsing: we don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. To count visits, we create a code from your IP address and browser details that changes every day, so it can't be used to follow or identify you. Calendar apps that check our feed are counted the same way.
    • Event submissions: the event details and flyer, plus the name, email, and phone you provide, and any note. If you email us a flyer, we keep the email's text and attachments.
    • RSVPs: your name, email, company (optional), and party size.
    • Weekly email: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. This list is managed in Mailchimp.
    • App notifications: if you turn them on, a technical address for your device so we can send notifications. It contains no name or email.
    • Team accounts: email and sign-in details for our administrators. A sign-in cookie is used only for team members.
    • Sponsors: the business details, logo, and contact information you share with us.
  3. 3. How we use it

    • To review, publish, and update event listings and send the weekly email.
    • To send the emails you ask for: RSVP confirmations, approval notices, and the weekly email.
    • To tell organizers who RSVP'd to their event.
    • To produce combined, anonymous statistics (for example, visits and RSVPs per event) for us and our sponsors. Sponsors never receive personal information.
    • To keep the Service secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  4. 4. Automated flyer reading

Flyers and emailed submissions are read by an AI service (Anthropic) to fill in event details. A person on our team reviews every listing before it's published. Anthropic processes this content for us under terms that don't allow it to be used to train their models.

  5. 5. Who we share it with

    • Event organizers: when you RSVP, your name, email, company, and party size go to that event's organizer or RSVP contact. The public page shows only the number attending.
    • The public: approved event details, flyers, and the RSVP or organizer contact information included for the event.
    • Service providers that run the Service for us: Supabase (database and file storage, United States), Netlify (website hosting), Mailchimp (weekly email), Postmark (other emails), and Anthropic (flyer reading). Sponsor videos are played from YouTube or Vimeo.
    • When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
  6. 6. How long we keep it

Old records are deleted automatically each month. Backups kept by our providers roll off within their standard backup windows.
