1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of seniormarketingcfl.com, its calendar feeds, app, and emails (the "Service"), operated by SeniorPro Media LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service, submitting an event, RSVPing, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Data Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a free calendar of networking, education, and industry events for senior care professionals in Central Florida. Listings are provided for information only.

3. Listings are at our discretion

Every submission is reviewed against our posting guidelines (on our About page), which are part of these Terms. We decide, in our sole discretion, whether to post, edit, decline, or remove any listing, at any time and without notice.

4. Your submissions

When you submit an event, flyer, photo, or other material, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any images, logos, and names it contains.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, edit (for example, for length, clarity, or format, including turning a PDF into an image), display, and distribute that material on the website, in calendar feeds, in our emails and app, and in promotion of the Service. You keep ownership of your material.

You're responsible for your event and for keeping its details current. Please tell us about changes or cancellations.

5. We list events; we don't run them

Events are organized by third parties. We are not responsible for any event, its content, safety, accessibility, cost, or outcome, or for events that are changed, postponed, or canceled. A listing is not an endorsement. Please confirm details with the organizer before attending.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service, its RSVP contacts, or our email list to solicit, sell to, or spam attendees or subscribers.
• Copy, scrape, or harvest listings or contact information by automated means.
• Submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or offensive material.
• Interfere with the Service, try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or get around our security or limits.

7. Sponsorships and paid placements

Sponsorships and Featured Event placements are governed by the terms agreed when you purchase them. We may decline any placement. Placements are not a guarantee of attendance, leads, or results.

8. Third-party links and services

Listings, emails, and the app link to websites and services we don't control, such as registration pages and calendar apps. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Our content

The Service's design, text, logos, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to listings and use the calendar feeds for personal or business scheduling.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Listing details come from organizers and may contain errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from an event, a listing, or your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from material you submit, events you organize, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these Terms at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
